register your product stepsSTEP 1: First you must sign in to your account. If you do not have an account you will need to create one. If you have an account follow the directions below. 

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT click on ‘LOG IN’ at the top right corner of the screen.

STEP 2: In the popup choose CREATE AN ACCOUNT.

STEP 3: Then under *Tell us about yourself, choose the Account type option that best fits you (Furniture Store, Design Firm, or Consumer Shopping). Then fill out the form and submit. Then follow the instructions for ‘If you have an account’.

IF YOU HAVE AN ACCOUNT, sign in. To sign in, go to the top right corner of the screen and click on LOG IN.

STEP 2: fill out your log in credentials and login. Now jump to Step 4.

STEP 4: Once you are logged in, go to your account  page. You can get to your account page by clicking on your user ID name at the top right corner of the screen. 

STEP 5: Once on your account page, on the left side of the screen you will see a list of menu items: FAVORITES, ORDERFORM, ACCOUNT SETTINGS, REGISTER YOUR PRODUCT, CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND SIGN OUT. Register your product is the 4th one down. Click on it.

STEP 5: Fill out the form and submit. That’s it. Your product is now registered.

 

To request a touch-up paint, please send an email to info@wesleyallen.com. Please provide the finish name and attach a photo of your Wesley Allen product finish. Due to variances in dye lots and finish age, finishes will vary. (If no photo is attached to the request, it will not be processed).

To request a hardware packet, please email us at info@wesleyallen.com. Please provide the Wesley Allen Product name.

No, Wesley Allen upholstery beds and daybeds have a black muslin fabric on the back side.

High-risers are available for purchase and are designed to fit a Twin-size mattress. The mattress of a high-riser should not be more than 8 inches thick “in depth to allow the high-riser to fit underneath the bed for storage.

Please note:
The 39″ high-riser and the rollout trundle are only available for Daybeds and Twins. The bed must be ordered in the CBS configuration when available.
The high-riser is 1 1/2 inch shorter in length (Due to the thickness and weight of the mattress, the height will vary.).

Wesley Allen’s Customer’s-Own-Material (C.O.M.) service allows you to create personalized furniture. This service allows you to select your favorite textiles with the elegance of a Wesley Allen design, giving you the maximum decorating freedom.

C.O.M. INSTRUCTIONS

PLEASE NOTE: C.O.M. requests have an upcharge per item. Refer to Price List for pricing. All C.O.M. furniture is made to order therefore, these items are non-refundable and non-cancelable.
 
HOW TO ORDER C.O.M.
Mail your fabric to Wesley Allen 1001 East 60th Street, Los Angeles, CA 90001. On the mailling label of the package, write Attention COM Department” and include your name, return address, and PO#.
 

NOTE: CUSTOMERS MUST SEND THE FABRIC DIRECTLY TO WESLEY ALLEN. FABRIC SENT BY VENDOR WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BECAUSE WESLEY ALLEN CANNOT GUARANTEE THE FABRIC SENT BY VENDOR WILL BE THE FABRIC CHOSEN BY OUR CUSTOMER.

IF ORDERING ONLINE UPLOAD AN IMAGE OF YOUR C.O.M. BEFORE PLACING THE ORDER

Please take the photo of the C.O.M fabric in the railroaded direction. The way the C.O.M is uploaded, is the way the fabric will be placed on the Wesley Allen Product.

Acceptable formats: PDF, JPG, PNG, HEIF. File must be less than 10GB.

 
SELECTING YOUR FABRIC

To encsure the quality of the finished product, please follow the guidelines below for selecting fabric:

  • Refer to the C.O.M. table below for yardage. The fabric must be at least 54″ wide and railroaded, depending on the product.
  • All fabric must be continuous yardage; we cannot accept multiple pieces of material.
  • We do not accept printed fabrics nor leather.
  • Before sending your fabric to us, please inspect it for flaws.
  • Measure carefully to avoid delays on your order. Excess fabric cannot be returned.
  • All fabric must be sent on a roll, not folded.

Despite our efforts to ensure that our images are an accurate representation of our finishes and fabrics, we can not guarantee the actual essence of the colors of our finishes and fabrics because of the wide range of changes between monitors, browsers, and printed catalogs.

Our expert artisans at Wesley Allen bring out the unique character of our items by carefully hand-applying the finish to each Wesley Allen product. Thus, we are unable to guarantee that the finish view online or in the catalog will exactly match the finished product; it may differ slightly. There are variations in the material of our textiles due to dye lots, and we are not liable for them.

It is strongly advised that you order a sample before placing your order if accuracy of the sample is crucial. Samples are available upon request at info@wesleyallen.com.
