Agree to the Purchase Agreement: It is agreed that the dealer/designer shall pay all invoices in accordance with terms as stated on each invoice and interest may be assessed on delinquent invoices at the rate of 1.5% per month. It is also agreed that in the event of collections of any unpaid amounts, all costs, including attachments, court costs, and reasonable attorney fees will be added to the amount outstanding and will be paid by purchaser. This and any contemporaneous or subsequent agreement shall be governed as to validity, interpretation, construction, effect and in all other respects by the laws of the State of California.
